Fetching Water

提水 tí shuǐ, or fetching water, is a foundational exercise of Practical Method#. It is like Twisting Towel# with an aim that is 45° to the side and downward. It is the closing move of 斜行拗步 Xié Xíng Ǎo Bù#.
